A clean and modern brand identity design for a new marketing consultancy, providing outsourced marketing directors.

Proper Marketing started as two very experienced marketing professionals who decided to provide their director-level expertise to companies that couldn’t otherwise afford it – at a fraction of the cost of employing a marketing director full-time.

Their brief was to create a brand identity that stood for who they were and what they wanted ‘Proper’ to be. Professional, clean, modern, with a little twist of fun thrown in too!

Eleven’s solution is a simple, bold and typographic approach, keeping the message clear and uncomplicated. The small touch of a very carefully chosen pink provides a little point of the quirky fun the Proper guys love!

In most instances, where possible, the content is separated into black and white, alluding to keeping things as clear and honest as possible. This is carried through on to the fully responsive website which you can visit here: 

Printed items are kept clean and simple, with plenty of white space, demonstrating a confidence that can only come with experience. The signature pink is used very sparingly, never appearing away from the logo in a proportion higher than it is used there… less is more!
