A campaign to promote parts and service offers from Scania localised to different regions, combining a printed direct mailer and digital signage in dealers.
As part of the 2017 aftersales marketing plan, Scania wanted to create a campaign to promote parts and service offerings to customers. The different regions that Scania serve in the UK vary with their customer’s requirements and challenges, so the campaign needed to differ per region.
The result is a modular direct mail piece combined with coordinating digital signage. Each region is sent a separate version of the mailer with offers specific to their customers, with the same offers advertised on digital signage which is displayed in every depot in the region.
